Form of workPulse Nursing are looking for registered and experienced Band 5 & 6 Registered Scrub Nurses in the South West London area.

We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in the South West London area paying between £25.50- £40.00 per hour.
Theatre Scrub Nurse responsibilities includes:
- You will set up the operating room for the patients, ensure all the tools are sterile and ready to use.
- Hand tools to the doctor during the surgery and perform other duties inside the surgical room requested.
- Act quickly in emergencies during the surgery whilst remaining calm and following instructions.
- Assist draping the patients and de-gowning patients.
- Finish the documentation and hand over patients to the recovery room.
- Each Scrub nurse role may vary depending on location and skill – TB discussed.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Scrub Sector
- Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment.
- Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
- Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
