Salary To work as a key member of the University Operational Timetabling team to support the effective and orderly move of planned teaching from St Mary's to EPT by Sept 2024.
To establish and maintain solid working relationships with Academic Departments and Professional Services in order to contribute to the development and maintenance of effective and efficient administrative processes, particularly those related to timetabling, rooming and attendance planning for the coming year.
This post offers an exciting opportunity to become a member of the University's Timetabling department.
Working with the Specialist Facilities and Timetabling team the role involves assisting with a project to review teaching plans and work with various other members of the timetabling and project team to plan the move of teaching from a satellite campus to the main campus at East Park Terrace.
The successful candidate will have very good organisational and communication skills. Specific knowledge of timetabling is not necessarily required but a demonstrable ability to understand complex processes and work closely with others to a deadline is required.
