Job Title:Project Support Officer
Location: Moorgreen Hospital, Hampshire, SO30 3JB
Trust: Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
Job type & Shift Patterns: Full time, Hybrid, 37.5 hours per week (1-2 days on-site and rest work from home per week)
Pay rate: £15.67 per hour
You'll need a car for travel across Hampshire, particularly around Moorgreen.
Job Description:
Requirements:
- Support on portfolios, programmes and projects.
- Advise on the development, production and maintenance of business cases, including; time, resource, cost and exception plane and the use of related software tools.
- Track and report of programme/project progress.
- Facility all aspects of portfolio/programme/project meetings, workshops and documentation.
- Prepare, manage and communicate project related documentation for Project and Programme Boards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good standard of general education.
- Extensive experience of preparing, managing and communicating project related documentation for Project and Programme Boards.
- Experience of working within a technical project environment and managing small project teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management methodology or equivalent discipline.
