Hours as and when required

Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

Are you passionate about supporting people?

Can you work under pressure and manage challenging situations?

If this sounds like you, we have a new, exciting, opportunity for an experienced Bank Project Worker with passion and drive to provide high quality, person centred, support and encourage our young people to develop the skills necessary for independent living.

Located within walking distance of Felixstowe town centre, our supported living service at Langley Close provides accommodation and support for those who are aged 16 to 24, and homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.

Sanctuary also offers a great employee rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a positive environment with a dedicated team who value the individuals they support and make a difference in people’s lives every day.
