2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Main Work :
- New Product Development
- New product strategy development for the UK market
- Market research including analysis for consumer needs and market sizing
- Primary research for new categories & products, new product ideation/conceptualization, and launch timeline managing
- Driving internal and external members to move the development process forward
- developing sales materials, sales samples, and needs for retailers, and handling numerous sales request related to new product launches
- Consumer Marketing
- Building brand and product awareness to continue to drive aggressive growth of the brand
- Managing marketing budget and developing/executing annual marketing plans within the budget
- Creating and developing relations with appropriate vendors to execute marketing programs
- Developing relevant consumer touch points for the brand(PR, online, events, sampling, social media, consumer promotions, in-store promotions, etc.)
- Business Development & Management
- Establishing and leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Planning and executing innovative business through the understanding of total supply chain
- Planning mid and long-term brand/business strategy
- P&L responsibility of the brand
Your Skills and Qualifications :
- A great passion for foods(especially Asian Cuisine) or the FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
- Ideally, good knowledge of the business areas of retail
- Good teamwork with curiosity, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- Ability to work in the fast-moving internal and external environment
- Fluent in English
- High level of ability to use MS Excel, PowerPoint
3. SALARY & BENEFITS
- Annual Salary : Above 35K
- VISA : Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
- Address : Hammersmith, London (W6)
- Recruitment : Full-time
- Working hours : 8 hours/ 5 days (7 hours on Fridays)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday
- Holiday : 28 days including bank holidays
