We are recruiting a job vacancy for either a Bookkeeper OR Trainee Accountant, with an employer commutable from Nottingham, Sutton / Kirkby, Worksop and Mansfield. The employer will consider applications from junior through to an experienced level, as they can mould the job role to suit your experience level. Ideally, this job will be full-time for 37.5 hours per week, but the employer will also consider part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner
- Processing end to end payroll for a variety of clients
- Potential to prepare year-end accounts
- Assist with office administration duties to ensure smooth workflow for clients
