Trainee Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for Finance Assistant to work for a well-established business based in Eastleigh.

Offering an 18-month fixed term contract, this a fantastic entry level opportunity due to the varied nature of the role.  

What will the Trainee Finance Assistant role involve?

• Creating and maintaining records within the company’s database;
• Highlighting any errors within the database to the relevant departments for corrections;
• Coding invoices to send for authorisation;
• Managing the post and outlook inbox.

Suitable Candidate for the Trainee Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Background exposure in finance;
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-sufficient individual with the ability to work from home 3 days a week;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with colleague as you will be interacting with various departments in your role.
