Job Title: Trainee / Graduate Sales Executive

Location: West Midlands

Salary: Up to £25,000 + monthly bonus

Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate or an individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? Do you have the ambition to excel in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Trainee / Graduate Internal Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn about the company’s products, services, and industry.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
• Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Benefits:

• Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 or 07:30 – 16:30 / Friday 08:00 – 14:30
• Starting salary up to £25,000 DOE
• Monthly bonus
