We are seeking a focused and self-motivated Trainee Recruiter/Administrator to join our independent Recruitment Company on a full time and permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT literate, organised, and capable individual with a natural flair for administration and customer service to join a supportive and collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing success of this growing company.
What you can expect from us:
- Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (35hours per week)

As a Trainee Recruiter/Administrator you will be:
- Supporting the team with administrative duties to develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process
- Proactively source, shortlist, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and walk-ins
- Processing registration documentation
- CV writing
- Preparing job descriptions and posting job adverts
- Work collaboratively with our long-standing client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
What we are looking for:
- An organised administrator
- Prior recruitment experience would be beneficial although not essential
- Highly IT literate with Excel proficiency
- Confident communicator
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent phone manner
- High attention to detail
- A quick learner
- Full, clean driving licence
