The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.
These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
What are we looking for?
The Trainee UK Transfer Agency (TA) Oversight Officer will support the TA Oversight team. They will oversee the quality and timeliness of our Third Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure that our TPA are performing to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPls) and will ensure they are offering excellent client service to Distribution Partners and their clients.
You will be involved in:
- Monitoring the overall performance of the TPA against targets (SLAs and KPIs) standards and deadlines and ensure remedial action is taken as required
- Working as part of the team and to build open and effective communication with the TPA and our internal business partners to ensure that TA can meet Invesco’s needs and to deliver excellent client service
- Reviewing client facing documentation and working with the team and an outsourced provider to ensure that documents and literature meet client needs
What do we need from you?
- A willingness to self-learn alongside structured training to proactively build your knowledge of the Investment Industry and the products and services we offer
- Flexible with a willingness to learn and an open approach to new ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- To be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
