The offering:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
  • Salary guide: £22,600

Administrator duties:

  • Provide top-tier administration support for the training academy by following internal booking procedures
  • Arrange travel and book accommodation for Course Representatives and employees in line with booked training courses, ensuring all expenditure sits within agreed budgets
  • Maintain close contact with Course Representatives, offering your support and guidance throughout the delivery of the course
  • Act as point of contact, internally and externally, effectively responding to enquiries and delivering a seamless service to customers and members
  • Input data to the CRM system, ensuring all information is captured and entered correctly and stored in line with GSPR
  • Work to agreed timescales and targets, consistently able to work to a high standard

As Administrator, you will:

  • Have strong administration skills with an ability to collate and build reports
  • Hold GCSEs in Maths and English, grade C/4 or above
  • Possess a meticulous attention to detail and can do attitude
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be professional in your approach and able to sustain solid work relationships
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Show excellent IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages
