The offering:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Administrator duties:
- Provide top-tier administration support for the training academy by following internal booking procedures
- Arrange travel and book accommodation for Course Representatives and employees in line with booked training courses, ensuring all expenditure sits within agreed budgets
- Maintain close contact with Course Representatives, offering your support and guidance throughout the delivery of the course
- Act as point of contact, internally and externally, effectively responding to enquiries and delivering a seamless service to customers and members
- Input data to the CRM system, ensuring all information is captured and entered correctly and stored in line with GSPR
- Work to agreed timescales and targets, consistently able to work to a high standard
As Administrator, you will:
- Have strong administration skills with an ability to collate and build reports
- Hold GCSEs in Maths and English, grade C/4 or above
- Possess a meticulous attention to detail and can do attitude
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be professional in your approach and able to sustain solid work relationships
- Enjoy working as part of a team and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Show excellent IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages
