Acorns Childrens Hospice are now looking for a Academy Support Administrator to provide an efficient administration service and to provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Academy Team
About the Role
At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our services include short breaks for children at our hospices, therapeutic and psychosocial support, support for siblings and other family members, emergency and end of life care and bereavement support.
As Academy Support Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Academy team
- Keep track of learning deadlines, reminding learners to complete required training
- Support learners with our learning management system (Litmos), such as resetting passwords
- Prepare course materials for trainers and set rooms up, ready for training days
- Manage the Academy email inbox, responding to general queries
About You
- Previous admin experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Digitally literate
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience of working in an L&D environment would be advantageous

- £21,500 to £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
