As a Lead Advisory Associate Director you will:
- Be a qualified accountant
- Have a strong head for numbers and a keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to translate numbers into easy to digest information for clients
- Be able to demonstrate a strong technical ability within a transactions capacity
- Have gained extensive experience within a Transaction Services (FDD/CDD), SPA, M&A Strategy/Operations or other technical transactions-related role, within a professional services environment
- Be able to lead client meetings and actively contribute to pitches
