The Role
We are looking for a Travel Assistant to join our Travel Team on a full-time basis. You will be a key member of the Travel Team, responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of all essential domestic and international travel for our teams, directors, staff, and supporters.

Your day-to-day
- Administration - assisting with travel-related paperwork and documentation, creating and managing travel itineraries for teams, parents, and staff
- Internal communications - liaising with various internal senior staff to understand their individual, and collective, travel needs and preferences
- Travel coordination - all administrative tasks relating to domestic and international travel, including the collation of information, and creating accurate concise documentation
- Planning and logistics - planning logistics with partners and preferred suppliers regarding accommodation, training facilities, match venues, car, coach, train and air travel
- Supporting the teams - providing support to teams during their travels, including handling any issues that may arise
- All round support - Provide general travel-related administrative and site visit support to the Senior Travel Manager as required
What we are looking for
- Travel Expertise - experience in travel coordination, preferably in a sports or entertainment setting
- IT Skills - good proficiency in all main Microsoft applications and a desire to use and implement innovative technology to its full potential
- Proactive and dynamic - an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail - attention to detail, with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- Passionate teamplayer - capability to work within a team that always strives to deliver a best-in-class services
- Professionalism - ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability - an approach that embraces extensive travel and adapt to flexible working hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
