Uat Coordinator

Currently partnering with the Head of PMO and COO at a global insurer who post M&A are partaking on a number of initiatives; frequency of small to medium acquisitions (ignite integration of services initiatives), wider enterprise technology refresh, etc are as a subsequence onboarding a Senior UAT Coordinator to support various initiatives such as co-ordination of teams of business representatives for each entity through the preparation, execution and reporting of the User Acceptance Testing phase etc.

Skills/responsibilities:

• Adhering to the programmes Test Strategy plan, processes and governance.

• Supporting the business through scenario creation and to target their testing appropriately.

• Supporting the Test Manager with Scenario workshops and UAT Kick off meetings.

• In the Test Managers absence running & scribing the daily Triage calls.

• Collating preparation & execution test statistics and metrics for the Test Manager.

• Accountability of the maintaining of the UAT mailbox ensuring that all defects have been logged correctly and have a sufficient level of detail to enable them to be triaged. Forwarding on the defect ID to the business representative.

• Completing test execution of standard UAT tests to support the business and any other test execution where necessary to avoid Programme delays.
