UAT Manager

Oliver James are currently working with a leading London Market business that are looking to hire a permanent UAT Manager into their Change Management team.

• Lead the testing for the UK Change Management function, working with the portfolio's project managers and business analysts as well as IT system and technical teams
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing objectives and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging testing methodologies and tools

• Must have Insurance experience, ideally within the London Market
• A proven track record in planning and execution of large and complex insurance projects and programmes
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience on creating and implementing manual and automation testing strategies
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
