UX Designer

In this role as UX Designer you’ll be responsible for owning each step of the UX process creating wireframes, sitemaps, process flows and prototypes ensuring that the website and digital journeys are well-structured, information is easy to find and meets the needs of its users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for driving improvements in Digital User Experience (DEX score) and commercial KPIs
- Adheres to UX guidelines, best practices and standards
- Accountable for ensuring that the website and digital journeys are well-structured, information is easy to find and meets the needs of its users driving the right outcomes and conversion
- Responsible for understanding how users interact with the website
- Responsible for creating wireframes, sitemaps, process flows and prototypes
- Responsible for creating user journey maps to analyse how customers interact with digital channels
- Work with design and UX colleagues on a suite of templates and UI designs that website content editors will follow
- Coordinate and project manage large website UX and UI changes, overseeing the work of website editors
- Use tools such as Lighthouse, Decibel, GA4 to produce website audits and use insights to propose improvements to journeys
- Adheres to internal governance and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with our risk and compliance business partners
- Build great relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and help to translate offline services into slick, easy to use digital user experience
- Demonstrate how digital can support stakeholders ambitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders around the business and proactively share updates, insight and recommendations with management, to drive forward business decisions and the delivery of amazing digital experience
