Form of workOur client is developing a web application and is looking for a UX Designer in Bradford, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure user-centered design.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of user-centered design principles.
- Develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned with client's brand and style guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
