We are looking to appoint a project co-ordinator who will be responsible for managing the reporting to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, develop the offer and community use of the Green House and oversee the delivery of the events and activities plan. As well as the co-ordination of the Victoria Park project in accordance with Heritage Fund and Council guidelines, you will be responsible for line managing and supporting the Community Engagement Officer and the Volunteer and Training Co-ordinator within their roles. You will also manage the remaining work output from consultants and outstanding works, ongoing evaluation, co-ordinated management and maintenance, budget, Heritage Fund reporting and financial claims. You will facilitate and manage meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the Council, including Elected Members and act as the central point of contact in developing the community use of the hub and its facility management.
