Warehouse Administrator - Suffolk - Permanent - Excellent Salary
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Office Administrator to manage the supply chain of goods in our clients Suffolk warehouse
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse facility.
Knowledge and use of Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP would be advantageous
Duties include:
- Dealing with customers via phone and email with incoming and outgoing queries
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to warehouse
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Helping with commercial invoices and billing
- Goods in documentation
- Booking in stock and running reports
- Ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely fashion
- Communicate with suppliers and customer to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages. Excel is essential
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator
Able to work independently and as part of a team
