Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager that is passionate about delivering top-notch service and ensuring a seamless workflow. The Warehouse Manager will be the crucial link between the warehouse operatives, administrative staff, and operations manager. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a smooth end-to-end process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse procedures to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, maintaining a streamlined supply chain
- Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Prioritize staff and customer well-being and satisfaction
- Coordinate order completion and distribution within agreed timelines
- Adhere to National Grid regulations, including security protocols
- Handle delivery queries and maintain accurate operational documentation
- Exercise care in stock handling to minimize damage
- Follow returns procedures for damaged or unfulfilled orders
- Maintain personal and product hygiene in line with regulations
- Collaborate on annual schemes and troubleshoot concerns with the project manager
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance processes and provide training for warehouse staff

- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
