The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Webmaster Customer Service Exec within the Digital Hive Team. Working closely with the Head of E- Commerce, the role will be focused on expanding and developing the use of our Advantage platform across the Cleaning, Safety and Ireland Divisions for all customers.
The successful applicant will ideally be digital literature and have excellent Customer Service skills. Any experience using Hybris Backoffice systems would be advantageous however full training will be given.
You will have strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills, be able to work to short deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be an effective communicator with an aptitude for learning and a strong work ethic. You will be enthusiastic and keen to keep up to date on the latest digital trends.
