Website Performance Manager - London/UK Remote

We at Xcede have partnered with a rapidly growing EdTech in their search for website and marketing specialist to join their UK team. The role is unique in that it combines the ownership of their website's performance, communication strategies but also the need to look at the user flows from a marketing perspective rather than from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Owning the website's performance, optimising the user experience and communication strategies whilst driving overall conversation rates.
• Using a mixture of qualitative (user testing) and quantitative (surveys and A/B testing) methods to develop a deep understanding of website users.
• Analysing where users are getting stuck/leaving the acquisition funnel based on related engagement metrics.
• Taking the lead on large scale website changes based on customer feedback/market research, collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Working towards creating a personalised experience for each website visitor.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience working as a website manager, digital marketing manager, web optimisation specialist or in a related role for an ecommerce brand or a similar business acting in a B2C capacity.
• Educated to at least bachelor's degree level having studied at a UK university.
• Ideally having experience working in a startup/scale up environment.
• Experience performing A/B testing for websites.
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial.

Package

• £50,000-£80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
