Within the role you will;
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
- Ensure all customers and visitors receive a pleasant and courteous welcome, promoting the professional image of the company
- Answer all internal and external calls swiftly and direct them effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Ensure the Reception/Welcome Area of the business is kept clear of clutter at all times
- Ensure any personal items are kept out of sight
Key Tasks
- Record each opportunity, contact and follow-up accurately onto daily activity control system
- Maintain the Service Log throughout the day and update customers accordingly
- Assist in promotional activities.
- Approach and receive customers promptly and courteously at all times
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity.
- Maintain a tidy work area
- Ad-Hoc Clerical duties in busy/peak times
Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 (7.5hrs)
Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (6hrs)
