Workday Hris Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global fashion brand and are supporting them with their search for a Workday HRIS Manager. You will be part of the wider People Solutions Team.
Reporting into the Head of Core People Solutions you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Taking ownership of the Workday platform
- Managing all configurations and ensuring the system is operating at the highest levels and can meet the business needs
- Working on complex Workday projects and implementing solutions
- Presenting new Workday features to the senior leadership team and providing training when required.
We are looking for someone who has a strong Workday background, who has been involved in Workday implementations and has experience with coding. You must be comfortable working with and presenting to senior stakeholders. The role is based in London and requires international travel.
