Location: PR1 Area, outskirts of Preston
School: Small single form entry Community Primary School
Duration: 2 terms, starting after Easter
Position: Full-time, 5 days a week

We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to cover a maternity leave at our vibrant Community Primary School. As a small single form entry school, we pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships within our close-knit community.
Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students in Year 4.
- Planning and implementing a diverse curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
