Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Coleshill, Birmingham. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, this will predominately focus on Microsoft technologies. In addition there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in customer projects, working alongside our highly experienced team to develop new skills and expertise.

Experience and skills
- Good, Friendly Communicator
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft 365 (including Azure, Entra, and Intune)
- Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OS
- Active Directory, Exchange
- Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Computer Repair skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant IT certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
