Located in the West Midlands, we are a distinguished manufacturer and stockholder of high integrity bolting. We are currently in search of a skilled IT Technician to join our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, set up, and maintain computer systems and applications.
* Provide technical support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to implement and support IT solutions.
* Safeguard the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
* Assist in planning and executing IT projects.
* Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
* Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Familiarity with various systems, Office 365 applications, and Active Directory (Azure).
* Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and techniques.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are advantageous.
