Manchester Staff is working with a well-known and sought after company looking to add a well-rounded 1st LineSupport Technician to their team.

The successful candidate will have had experience solving 1st Line issues & some brief knowledge with the below software / hardware. You will be joining their team to better your self-development. You will be developing your skill level and receiving training from Microsoft Certified Solution Experts. The opportunity is to develop your own skills and grow within a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Navigating Windows Server OS Systems (2008, 2011, 2012, 2016 & 2019) & Windows Desktop OS Systems (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10)
• Diagnosing & resolving software and hardware issues.
• Managing ticket support effectively by implementing short/long term fixes when required and documenting all work on the help desk system.
• Diagnosing & maintaining user hardware / software / networks
• Prioritising work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolving customer issues with enthusiasm and excellent customer service.
• Able to self-manage and take responsibility for individual tasks, using support when appropriate.
• Attention to detail.
• VMware or Microsoft Azure Experience.
