As an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include…
* Remotely supporting clients with hardware, software & network issues
* Maintaining equipment, networks, server administration & virtual server
* Building/upgrading PC components
* Administering user accounts and email accounts on Office 365/Google Apps
* Working on Microsoft Windows Server (Apply online only), Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS & Android
* Maintaining servers, desktops, mobile devices & network switches
* Administrating user groups and user accounts
We’re looking for an IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience…
* At least two years’ experience in a similar 1st Line Support / helpdesk position
* Experience with monitoring/maintaining systems and networks
* Ability to install and configure systems & diagnose hardware/software faults
* Confident in walking clients through troubleshooting steps
* Experience in re-fitting and/or replacing client hardware
* Supporting updates and roll-outs for client applications and training users as needed
* A clean UK Enhanced DBS check and full UK driving license, with access to own vehicle
In return, the successful IT Support Technician will receive a salary of £20,000 to £25,000, plus the following benefits…
