We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery Technician to join a leading Lancashire based technology company. It's the ideal role for someone with a keen aptitude for technical troubleshooting and customer service who is looking to build a career in IT and to broaden and strengthen their existing technical skillset.

What will you be doing day to day?
- Providing email and phone support for the business
- Migrating customers to new technology/platform
- Liaising with technical teams regarding communications methods/AS2
- Using both technical and relational skills to lead your task to completion
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Managing your workload and priorities.
- Documenting & reporting on Progress
- Working with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud
- Building an excellent rapport with their customer base
- Directly engaging with all departments to provide relevant feedback to help and improve our products
What they're looking for?
- Qualification in IT: Degree/BTEC or similar
- Great customer skills and good all round IT troubleshooting skills.
- Confident, friendly and outgoing, always happy to role your sleeves up and go the extra mile with a "can do" attitude.
- A passion for understanding technology, quickly exploring and learning about new technologies.
- A strong analytical, problem solving mind-set, quickly able to isolate root cause of an issue and provide a practical solution.
