2 Projects and Development Specialists - Multi Metals Offering, High Value Metals, Processing and Value-Added Services

Based: England or Wales

Area Covered: Can be Regional or National

Package: £35,000-£50,000, Potential Bonus, Car or Car Allowance

Two incredibly exciting opportunities have arisen with one of our clients for 2 Projects and Development Specialists - Multi Metals Offering, High Value Metals, Processing and Value-Added Services.

The business is a forward-thinking organisation that is part of a huge, financially robust and well-respected group and brand who set the standards within the market with their exceptional and wide-ranging product range and on-time delivery service.

The ideal candidate will have strong Sales, Business Development or Commercial experience in Commercial Metals or High Value Metals (Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Nickel Alloys, Super Duplex or Titanium), alternatively they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with experience in Forgings, Castings, Components, Machined Parts, Plastics, Engineered Parts but they would also consider applicants with experience of Value-Added Services such as Processing or Machining.

The company sells into a variety of different markets and sectors such as the Catering industry, the Automotive sector, the HVAC industry, the Construction sector and the Transport industry so experience of working in or selling to these sectors would be useful. Also, there is enormous potential for growth within the business as there is real scope to target other markets and much larger value work and contract work.

As a Projects and Development Specialist, you will be measured on the business you win and financial figures achieved, the quality of work done and the relationships you build with existing clients as well as new clients and your overall contribution to the business.

After months of planning and internal discussions, the company is looking to change tact in how they will operate going forward, working smarter and more strategically as they currently sell to up to 30 different sectors but are looking to put some focus on a much smaller number of sectors so any candidates with a specialism in specific markets or sectors would be welcomed. In many ways this is very much a fresh start and clean sheet of paper situation and based on that they are looking for applicants who are tenacious, self-motivated, trustworthy and hard working.

The client is looking to recruit candidates who can think strategically, who can help grow and develop the business and this role offers excellent and varied opportunities for career progression into more senior positions throughout the wider group so you must be an extremely ambitious and forward-thinking individual who thrives on a challenge and enjoys making profit for the company.

The ideal candidate must have strong Sales, Business Development or Commercial expertise in Commercial Metals or High Value Metals (Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Nickel Alloys, Super Duplex or Titanium), Forgings, Castings, Components, Machined Parts, Plastics, Engineered Parts or in Value Added Services such as Processing or Machining.
