We are looking for a talented individual to undertake a 12-month paid work placement, as part of our Business Placement Programme. You will work within our Digital Technology team, starting in or around July 2024.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to build a deep knowledge of business imperatives and operational issues, as well as the opportunity to fully participate in the business. The Digital Technology International Operations function is a regional team working closely with all areas and sites to deliver Digital Transformation for the business.

Upon joining our team your typical responsibilities might include:
Citizen Development - Key activities but not limited to:
Training, helping users with developing new applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI / Power Automate / Power Apps…).
Leading the International Citizen Development Community of Practice.
Support the collection and promotion of Low-Code / No-Code development platforms, data analytics and AI/ML tools and projects.
Digital Strategy – working with leaders and specialists from around the business as we develop and execute our Citizen Development Digital Strategy. You will have the ability to promote your ideas, views on new and existing challenges, as well as develop new applications to demonstrate / support the strategy.
Digital Transformation & Compliance – you will take an active role in the implementation of various projects in support of the Digital Strategy as we transform our infrastructure to support users and business programs (Digital Factory) as well as improve our Cyber and Compliance maturity posture.

Please note: Candidates must be an undergraduate studying a technology based subject who has a genuine interest in Information Technology and be able to commit to the full 12 month placement.
