Electrician - Test & Inspect (C&G 2391)
Location: HM Prison Albany (IOW)
Salary up to: £39,921.92
Contract: Full Time - Permanent - On call after 6 months
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a HMP Albany a category B male prison (18+).

We are a five-year-old Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Engineer - Test & Inspect with any combination of:
- C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) qualifications with an NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- C&G 2391 - Electrical inspection and testing qualifications
- A certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition
- Experience working on commercial equipment or in catering or healthcare environments
- Experience and confidence maintaining and testing complex aged infrastructure and wiring
- Confidence working in planned and preventive maintenance operations, in a setting where quality and compliance are absolutely paramount
