We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support IT Engineer for one of our clients based in Witney.
This role is to start immediately and will be ongoing until they fill the post on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilties:
- Respond to all 1st Line and 2nd Line queries.
- Work with the IT team to effectively manage the ticket queue ensuring timely responses.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software and systems.
- Manage the relationship between the client and third party suppliers.
To be considered for this role, it is essential you have experience in a similar role and are able to commence employment at short notice.
