2nd Line Systems Engineer
Norwich (office based and client visits)
£26,000pa - £32,000pa
Our client who is a Managed Service Provider are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Systems Engineer to join their successful, growing team. You will be working for a business who value their teams, offer career progression and company benefits.
You will be responsible for supporting enquiries from the service desk and IT solutions at customer sites. You will be required to ensure all customers receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalations from the support desk
- Attend client sites to implement new platforms
- Document information and any actions taken onto systems within timescales given
- Communication with stakeholders and customers
- Achieving team and personal targets
- Support team members who are less experienced
Skills:
- Knowledge and up to date experience of Networking and 365 admin and support
- Experience of working within an MSP
- Windows and Exchange server
- Hardware experience
- WIFI management and configuration
- Remote desktop configuration
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
