3rd Line Support Analyst/Infrastructure Analyst
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week on site.
An exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line IT Support Analyst/Infrastructure Analyst with the appetite to work with leading edge technology and develop their career.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of VMware hosted systems across the estate
- Maintenance of both physical and virtual systems
- Maintenance of SD-WAN network, Switches and Firewalls
- Maintenance of MS Teams and Video Conference services
- System monitoring and health checks
- Office moves and relocations (including travel to European offices)
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of the Service Desk
Alongside the core responsibilities listed above, there will be a great opportunity to get further experience with IT Security (Microsoft Sentinel, Zenworks, MDR, SIEM) and Cloud based technology (Azure/Microsoft 365).
Required Skills/Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory & MS Windows server 2016, 2019, 2022
- Good knowledge of VMWare
- Good understanding of SD-WAN, networking (routing & switching)
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Good understanding of cloud services (Azure/M365)
- Knowledge of Linux (desirable)
