Account Executive - L+D SaaS start-up - £70k-£75k x 2
This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with 5 years of SaaS sales experience within the HR tech space/
You'll build on your existing expertise to cultivate relationships, drive revenue, and contribute to the expansion of our client base. This role involves a balance of strategic prospecting, nurturing leads, and assisting and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach and prospecting techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute tailored sales strategies.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, contributing to revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR/LD - tech sales
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Exposure to the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and a team player with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
