Salary: £50,000 + (negotiable) plus yearly bonus, company car

Overall purpose of the role:
To develop, lead and grow client relationships at a strategic level by ensuring the highest levels of overall customer service are delivered by identifying and delivering innovative added value quality solutions. Maintaining a strong client relationship in order to enhance customer experience service levels by delivering a holistic solution approach for clients commercial kitchen needs by utilising our internal expertise to maximise customer service level and profitability of contracts.
Work together with all internal sectors and teams to achieve and exceed the business strategic targets working towards the groups EBITDA targets whilst always acting with the client at the centre of everything.
Key Accountabilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Understand the client requirements to enhance service levels
- Foster a partnership approach to develop growth and profitability of the contract
- Manage and maintain the local customer relationships, ensuring all meetings and reviews achieents SLA’s, pricelists and key account plans are in place and regularly reviewed
- Ensure SLA’s are maintained above the required level
- Escalate internally where necessary to ensure customer needs are meet
- Drive customer NPS scores
- Understand the clients business
- Complete internal WITY’s and ensure clients have Exec sponsor and links to “by Advance” services are maintained and maximised when required
- Influence internal relationships and performance for the best of the customer experience, interests and needs
- Maximise the Advance Group offer by working with the client and internal sector operators to ensure all growth opportunities are achieved
Commercial Controls
- Identify opportunities to introduce further kitchen solutions to maximise all opportunities across all functions offered by Advance
- Monitor credit control to ensure all monies owing are settled in a timely manner and there is no bad debt on the account
- Hunt for new business opportunities with existing clients
- Develop strategy and tactics to deliver a sales plan, profit and budget targets
- Fully renegotiate all PVL contracts
- Group focus on Sales and CMC
Innovation
- Use our internal expertise develop and drive new unique selling points to enhance service and bring innovation to the client
- Understand new internal business offers to link back to client and bring innovate opportunities
- Use data lead insights to enhance and bring a holistic solution to the client and the business
- Maintain industry knowledge to ensure we are at the front of leading accounts
- Utilising ‘By Advance’ bring the client and our business together
