Primary Objectives:
Operate Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures within guidelines
Increase the quality of service delivery to drive up turnover and margin
Ensure adequate resources are allocated to the client
Liaise with the Reactive, Compliance and Projects teams to ensure the service required by the client is delivered
Establish and understand the client’s key drivers
Shape our service proposition to match these drivers
Take complete ownership of client accounts
Continually innovate the service anticipating future client needs
Broaden the diversity of the service offered
Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery across all departments
Deal with any client problems quickly and effectively
Identify key decision makers within the organisation
Supporting priorities:
Take personal ownership of client issues
Ensure all client targets are met
Always be available for the client
Measure and challenge business performance
Measure real client satisfaction
Ensure regular meetings are held with the client
Identify, manage and communicate any commercial risks to the Directors at the earliest opportunity.
