Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Belfast, around 1 day per week in the office
Role requirements:
• Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience, of at least 6 months, of working within an Accounts Payable and an Accounts receivable function within a finance team.
• Experience of managing a team of staff to deliver outcomes against competing priorities.
• The ability to work on own initiative, delivering results and managing work in a complex and fast moving environment and subject to competing priorities.
• Ability to identify, resolve or escalate the issues and find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
• Ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage staff.
• Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.
• Have successfully passed the final examination and be a full member of an Accounting Technician body.
