An opportunity has become available at JHP Transport (Lanark) Limited. Due to recent growth within the company, we are looking for an experienced person to join our team in the accounts department who can deal with general accounts/office admin. Preferred experience in Sage 50 accounts and excel microsoft word/basic computer skills. Good telephone manner and experience in computing is very important. Someone who is a fast learner and understand new systems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
> Sales ledger control
> Purchase ledger control
> Dealing with customer enquiries regarding accounts and credit control
> Collect and enter data from various spread sheets
> Dealing with suppliers
> Answering the phone
Key Skills
> Sage 50 accounts
> Experience with outlook
> Experience with excel
> Bookkeeping
> Excellent attention to detail
> Organisation skills
