Due to recent growth within the company, we are looking for an experienced person to join our team in the accounts department who can deal with general accounts/office admin. Preferred experience in Sage 50 accounts and excel microsoft word/basic computer skills. Good telephone manner and experience in computing is very important. Someone who is a fast learner and understand new systems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
> Sales ledger control
> Purchase ledger control
> Dealing with customer enquiries regarding accounts and credit control
> Collect and enter data from various spread sheets
> Dealing with suppliers
> Answering the phone
Key Skills
> Sage 50 accounts
> Experience with outlook
> Experience with excel
> Bookkeeping
> Excellent attention to detail
> Organisation skills
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday Wednesday and Friday)
