This company is a video-on-demand service dedicated to hand-picking prestige, foreign-language drama from around the world. The service is curated by Walter Iuzzolino, a passionate drama fan, and prides itself on delivering high quality, award-winning content.
Responsibilities

• Invoice processing (daily/weekly), posting c. 10-15 per day
• Reading agreements and contracts for payment plans
• Invoice queries - liaise with suppliers
• VAT returns quarterly and monthly
• Bank reconciliation - maintain all bank accounts
• Payment allocations
• Multi currency imports, tracking and check with budget rates
• Handling salary journals
• Expenses / credit card reconciliation
• Regular access to Barclays.net
• Work to month end deadlines
• Update master content purchases spreadsheet
• Fortnightly payment
• Chasing debtors.
• Assist with secondary sales reporting
• Close bank accounts which are no longer active
• Assist with any future system migration plans
• Ensure recharges are kept up to date for each production
• Admin on an Ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Xero experience
• Media background highly desired
• Strong level of attention to detail
• General book keeping experience
• Strong communicator
• Confident
• Work to tight deadlines
• Show initiative
• Good working knowledge of VAT (including disallowable transactions) and reconciliation to management accounts
• Good level of excel experience with sumifs and vlookups
