SalaryDue to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger to join their industry-leading business based in the West Kent area.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Posting and matching supplier invoices
- Monthly statement reconciliations
- Allocating payments
- Creating supplier accounts
- Raising and sending invoices
- Bank reconciliations
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong Purchase Ledger experience from a previous role
- Have excellent communication and attention to detail skills
- Be able to work well as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable
