A position has arisen for an Accounts Assistant in Cambridge. This is a full-time position on a 6-month temporary contract.
The position will assist in the administration and processing of accounts as well as maintain financial records to contribute to the management of Departmental finances
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
- Liaise with budget holders and suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and check and match purchase orders against invoices
- Process expense claim
- Reconcile monthly statements from suppliers
We are really looking for someone who hit the ground running in a finance department with experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
