Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the finance team with day-to-day accounts tasks
- Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end procedures, including preparation of reports and analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a legal firm is desirable
- Proven experience in purchase ledger is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
