A day in the office would look like;
- Maintaining client and office ledgers and related records
- Cash allocations
- Online electronic payments including BACS, faster payments, chaps & cheques)
- Debiting online electronic payments to the finance system
- Billing
- Taking card payments
- Assisting with queries
The ideal candidate will come from a high volume Accounts Assistant background, someone who has the ability to be pro-active, organised and able to prioritise a busy workload. A polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills is also a necessity.
