Haris & Co, Chartered Certified Accountants is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on small and medium-sized businesses, we require someone with a deep understanding of UK accountancy rules and regulations. The practice is a member of and regulated by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

The Role:

• Preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of forecasts, business plans and other reports
• VAT Returns & Payroll Bookkeeping Dealing with client queries Ad hoc duties
• The ideal Account senior will possess the following skills and experiences;
• Exposure to accounts preparation – ESSENTIAL
• Actively studying towards AAT/ACCA/ICAS
• Exceptional non-qualified applicants will only be considered if with 2-3 years public practice experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team and under minimal supervision

You Bring:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in an accountancy practice.

Strong knowledge of UK accountancy rules and regulations.

Strong IT and excellent people management skills.

Effective communication abilities for client and HMRC interactions.
