Salary Our client is looking to appoint a part time Accounts Assistant working 3 days a week (24 hours a week) on a 6 month temporary contract. This role is to start immediately and is working for small, dynamic team based in Northumberland.
Responsibilities:
Financial reporting/analysis of the business
Overseeing the company accounts,
Utilities management
Cash flow management
Sales forecasting
Quarterly VAT
Reconciliation of accounts, payroll and monthly journals
Maintenance/management of ledgers and payroll cover
Liaising with customers (both internal and external) and suppliers.The desired candidate must have good communication skills, be able to work on own initiative, be an excellent multi-tasker, honest, reliable and flexible.
Qualifications
AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA part qualified
