Our client based in Livingstoon is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant.
Duties;
Sage Payroll
Weekly wages from timesheets - SJIB rules
Job costing from timesheets - Input to Cypher
Pension Payments - Standard Life
Paye & CIS Payments - HMRC
Update labour sheet - Weekly
Sage Accounts
Analyse bank statement on a daily basis and update cashflow
Departmental codes
Post payments from bank statement
Vat Return
CIS Return and send out statements
Analyse and pool 2 credit cards to sage
Analyse. pay and post SJIB and ECIS on a monthly basis
Check customer sales and establish rebates (3 customers)
Month end purchase ledger payment run
Depreciation
Balance sheet
Collate figures on excel spreadsheet for WIP spreadsheet
Invoices
Materials
Labour
Calculate GDP on spreadsheet
Update and extend cashflow on monthly basis
Ad hoc admin duties
